Celebrate Small Business Saturday With Author Kathleen M. Jacobs!
S For Story/10644068
CHARLESTON, W.Va. - s4story -- Jan-Carol Publishing, Inc., of Johnson City, Tennessee, is excited to offer three incredible books by Kathleen M. Jacobs in an exclusive bundle deal in honor of Small Business Saturday on November 29th!
Kathleen M. Jacobs is the author of the critically-acclaimed YA novel, Honeysuckle Holiday, and other books for young readers. She holds an MA in Humanistic Studies and divides her time between the Appalachian region and NYC.
In this weekend's exclusive bundle offer, readers can snag Honeysuckle Holiday, Marble Town, and Sophie & the Bookmobile in either paperback or hardback. Give the perfect gift set to any YA or middle-grade reader, or check three young book lovers off your list with just one purchase!
Honeysuckle Holiday centers on the life of twelve-year-old protagonist, Lucy, in the south during the 1960s. Lucy struggles internally to come to terms with her parents' sudden and mysterious divorce. She finds herself thrust-almost overnight-from a world of comfort and privilege into one of near marginality. Lucy comes to shed her unknowing racism, taking her beyond the ideals of youth. She learns to peel back the layers of human frailty (her own included) painful piece by painful piece, while struggling to hold on to the comforts of innocence.

Marble Town the story of thirteen-year-old Cole Atwater whose mother was killed in an automobile accident when he was ten. Cole questions whether or not he will follow in the destructive footsteps of his best friend, cling to his childhood sweetheart, become further distant from his grieving father, or trust himself. Through mysterious clues left throughout the historic cemetery his mother tended, the story becomes one of hope, healing, and redemption.
And finally, Sophie & the Bookmobile follows protagonist, Sophie, when her family moves from New York City to West Virginia. Sophie not only has to leave her friends and the city and library she loves so much, but she has to figure out what will happen when she discovers that there is no library in her new town. But when she discovers something called a bookmobile and other new treasures, all is right with the world.
This three-book bundle is available exclusively through Jan-Carol Publishing's online bookstore (https://jancarolpublishing.square.site/s/order?shipping=true#11) on November 29th only.
