ATLANTA - s4story -- Ettifos, a leading provider of connected vehicle and V2X communication solutions, and P3Mobility (P3M), a U.S.-based innovator in V2X software and advisory services, today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly develop and supply next-generation V2X solutions for priority projects and business opportunities in the North American market.

Under the agreement, the two companies will collaborate to create solutions that combine Ettifos' industry-proven V2X hardware and communication software stack with P3M's advanced V2X applications and services. This integration is designed to deliver a powerful and deployment-ready solution that supports smart mobility and transportation safety initiatives across North America.

As part of the broader scope of this partnership, Ettifos and P3M will work together to:

• Share technical support and expertise to accelerate development and deployment
