Prestige Behavioral Health launches on June 7th in DC
Prestige Healthcare Resources will launch a new service offering on June 7th at its Washington, DC location. The new service, Prestige Behavioral Health, will provide the community with a much-needed concept of integrated mental health care.

LARGO, Md. - May 22, 2018 - s4story -- Mental health illnesses impact our community in devastating ways. Nearly 25,000 people in Washington, DC were diagnosed as having mental health disorders in 2016 alone.

Prestige Behavioral Health, a new division of Prestige Healthcare, will bring a total-care approach to the community, said John S. Smith, Jr., Operations Officer of Prestige Healthcare Resources.

"We call it the 360 Mental Health Integrated Program, or MHIP. That is, when an individual comes to us, it's our goal to address all aspects of his or her mental health. We focus on first stabilizing that individual and then improving his or her quality of life," said Smith.
