DDB Contracting has been awarded a multi-floor restroom and commercial lobby renovation in New Jersey, for Alfieri, at 379 Thornall Street in Edison, New Jersey.

The 12,500 square foot restroom and commercial lobby renovation will span five floors of the occupied commercial building, encompassing floors 1, 3, 5, 6, and 9. DDB Contracting will renovate lobbies and bathrooms on each floor, updating finishes and fixtures to bring the spaces in line with modern commercial standards. Active tenant operations will continue throughout construction, requiring precise coordination to keep disruption to a minimum across all five floors.

Alfieri has maintained a presence at 379 Thornall Street for over a decade. The relationship between DDB Contracting and Alfieri goes back more than 30 years, with this property representing over a decade of that history. This renovation builds on that long history, modernizing the lobby and restroom spaces to meet the expectations of today's commercial tenants and reinforcing 379 Thornall Street's standing as one of Edison's established commercial addresses.
