ARMOR® Service Wins Gold in the 2026 Stevie® Awards for Technology Excellence

Call reputation and spam remediation platform named New Service of the Year in Communication Technology
WILMINGTON, Del. - s4story -- The ARMOR® service, a managed call deliverability solution built by telecom industry veterans, has won a 2026 Gold Stevie® Award as New Service of the Year in Communication Technology.
The program drew more than 700 nominations from 37 nations and was evaluated by more than 180 judges worldwide. The Stevie Awards are widely regarded as the world's premier business awards.
The ARMOR® service launched in June 2024 to help legitimate businesses fight back against false spam labeling, a growing problem that costs organizations conversations, reputation, and revenue every day. The platform provides proactive monitoring, real-subscriber flag testing, advanced call deliverability analytics, and direct carrier remediation as a single managed service that works alongside any existing dialer, carrier, or CRM.
Since launch, the ARMOR® team has helped more than 1,000 organizations protect their caller IDs and has resolved more than 200,000 spam flags across the three major U.S. carriers. Judges described the entry as "a highly focused and well-evidenced submission solving a real, costly telecom problem" and called the service's approach "difficult to replicate."

"Winning a Gold Stevie is a meaningful milestone for our team and our clients," said Chris Sorensen, CEO. "Call deliverability is still a new concept for a lot of organizations, and this kind of recognition reinforces that the problem is real and that the ARMOR® approach is working."
The recognition adds to a growing list of industry validation. ARMOR® technology has earned back-to-back SAMMY Awards as a Growth Catalyst for Insights and Analysis in 2025 and 2026.
"We congratulate all of the winners in the third annual Stevie® Awards for Technology Excellence for their outstanding achievements," said Stevie Awards President Maggie Miller. "Their innovations are helping shape the future of technology across every industry, and we look forward to celebrating their success on October 28."
