Mark Smith named Chief Customer Officer and Kevin McInturff joins as Chief Technology Officer amid surging demand for scalable supply chain solutions

Industry veterans Mark Smith and Kevin McInturff have joined the company in these respective roles and report to CEO Michael Southworth.
As Chief Customer Officer, Mark Smith leads Assent's global customer initiatives, focused on delivering a unified customer experience and ensuring manufacturers achieve measurable value as they scale their supply chain sustainability programs.
With a customer-centric mindset, Smith brings more than two decades of experience in customer experience, strategic account management, operations, and finance to Assent. He recently served as Chief Customer Officer at Tangoe and previously held other senior leadership roles at Trimble Transportation, Element Fleet Management, GE Capital Fleet Services, and Electronic Data Systems (EDS).

Kevin McInturff has also joined Assent's executive team, leading the company's global technology strategy as Chief Technology Officer. He will focus on advancing Assent's platform through innovation, scalability, and data-driven intelligence.
With over 20 years of enterprise software leadership experience, McInturff brings extensive expertise to his new role. As CTO at Logility, he led the development of AI-powered supply chain solutions, enhancing user experience and enabling organizations to turn disruptions into strategic advantages. He also held senior leadership roles at Deluxe Corporation, BitPay, PrimeRevenue, and Global Payments.
