Author and Acupuncturist Lindsay Fauntleroy Transforms Black Community through "Soul Medicine"

Black Women Can Combat Superwoman Syndrome Using Fauntleroy's Holistic Wellness Tools
NEW YORK - s4story -- Lindsay Fauntleroy, champion of mental health and emotional wellness, is helping the Black community redefine self-care through alternative medicine practices and "soul medicine" — a combination of flower essences, yoga, and acupuncture. In efforts to help Black women ditch the "superwoman" stereotype and find inner peace, she educates those seeking healing at the intersection of body, mind, and spirit.
Fauntleroy is the founder of The Spirit Seed, a community dedicated to helping individuals regain their purposes through personal evolution. Known as a community "where magic meets medicine," the Spirit Seed consists of mental health providers, counselors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, energy workers, caretakers, and spiritual leaders who offer holistic practices that have transformed the lives of many.
A firm believer that healing the soul and spirit incorporates nature, Fauntleroy encourages the Black community to embrace unconventional approaches to healing, such as flower essence therapy. The wellness expert has launched a line of herbal supplements called the Elementals Flower Essences, remedies that support self-awareness and energetic healing. She also offers educational workshops discussing healing through nature, intimacy, and more.

"True wellness includes tending to the hopes, dreams, desires, and frustrations of the soul. Soul medicine supports what I call « money and honey », which is the sense of purpose and connection that we've lost to our overly scheduled, tech- driven lives. This is not just about being in nature, but rather remembering how to read the book of nature as our ancestors did." - Stated Lindsay Fauntleroy, CEO, and founder of The Spirit Seed.
In her upcoming book, In Our Element: Using the Five Elements as Soul Medicine to Unleash Your Personal Power, Fauntleroy teaches readers how the five elements — water, wood, fire, earth, and metal — can help create inner balance, increase confidence to achieve your desired goals. The book is available for pre-order on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Llewellyn and Bookshop, and will be officially released on August 8th, 2022.
