Air Conditioning a crucial necessity in South Florida, I have used Preferred for over 20 years at multiple properties. Just last week my 15 year old A/C broke down. I made a call to Rick at Preferred Air and he immediately sent out a repair crew. Unfortunately, I was informed that the outside units copper tubing had split. The bad news was I needed a new unit.

Before replacement Preferred's owner Rick came to my house and said he could possibly reseal the split copper tubing. He personally took charge and in less than 1 hour my A/C was running cold. I was informed that the repair was only temporary that could last a few months to a few years, we'll have to see. The difference in cost would have been thousands not hundreds of Dollars.
