Only 5% of women today are CEOs of Fortune 500 companies because our young girls today are not getting the right leadership messages at the right time.

I founded Moosh Walks to develop unstoppable female leaders of tomorrow by focusing on our young girls today. We just went live on Kickstarter, to develop "Big Ideas for Tiny Leaders" book around Moosh Walks characters. Each story will showcase resilience, bravery, curiosity and big ideas of these creatures. This book will teach young girls how to cope with failure, developing resilience and staying vulnerable during the toughest times.
