ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. - s4story -- Kentucky bred author releases brand new book to help highly sensitive people.  Michelle Casto grew up a sensitive child who was able to feel deep compassion for animals and other people. For most of her life she was unaware that she was an "empath."  In her 40's, she experienced a series of wake-up calls in the forms of major life transitions.  Also, while writing her book, Heart Empowerment for Empaths, she was diagnosed with breast cancer.  This deepened her desire to understand the connection between emotional wellness and physical health.  She learned that sensitive people often experience emotional wounding and if it's not resolved, this could lead to stress-related health conditions.

As a Success and Empowerment Coach, Michelle works with people from all over the world to help them learn how to let go of the life they have outgrown and reinvent themselves from a more authentic place. Casto believes that as we let go of past emotional baggage that we can lead happier, healthier lives. The book outlines the 4 chambers of the heart:  Courage, Love, Sovereignty and Peace. In an experiential style called Inner Alchemy, she guides readers to release baggage one step at a time.
