Brett Furman Expands AI and Marketing Team to Better Help Home Sellers Navigate the Future of Online Search
S For Story/10692981
WAYNE, Pa. - s4story -- After nearly 40 years helping families buy and sell homes throughout the Philadelphia Main Line, local real estate entrepreneur Brett Furman is making a major investment in artificial intelligence, online marketing, and technology designed to better serve today's home sellers.
Furman recently expanded the Brett Furman Group's internal technology division with the addition of a full-time AI engineer focused on improving marketing systems, automation, online visibility, communication tools, and digital strategies that help sellers compete in an increasingly technology-driven real estate market.
The investment will also support approximately 50 agents affiliated with Real of Pennsylvania's Wayne and Exton offices.
At the center of the expansion is Ranks Grow, a company created by Furman to focus on SEO, AI visibility, digital marketing, and the future of online search.
According to Furman, consumer behavior is rapidly shifting as more people begin using conversational AI tools instead of traditional internet searches. "Consumers are no longer simply typing a few words into Google," Furman explained. "They are now asking detailed questions through AI platforms and expecting immediate answers."
Questions increasingly being asked through AI-driven search tools include:

"I have always believed that if you do not adapt, you fall behind," said Furman. "After almost 40 years in this business, I still spend time learning every day because technology and consumer behavior continue to evolve."
The newly hired AI engineer will help Brett Furman Group continue expanding its existing all-inclusive home marketing platform, which already includes:
"Our goal is simple," Furman said. "We want to continue giving our sellers an unfair advantage when it comes to marketing, exposure, and technology."
He emphasized that the company's focus is not replacing people with technology, but rather using technology to improve communication, increase exposure, and better connect sellers with qualified buyers.
The idea for Ranks Grow developed after Furman spent years investing heavily in SEO companies, online advertising firms, and digital marketing services while trying to better understand how businesses succeed online.
"I became frustrated because I felt many companies did not fully explain what they were doing or deliver the results they promised," Furman said. "So, I decided to learn it myself, invest heavily into education and training, and build our own internal systems."

Today, Ranks Grow operates with an onsite team focused on SEO, AI visibility, content creation, branding, automation, and digital strategy.
Samantha Baker, Founding Partner of Ranks Grow, has worked alongside Furman for more than nine years and helps oversee branding, content creation, social media strategy, marketing initiatives, and client communication. The company has also invested heavily in advanced SEO and AI visibility training to better understand how businesses and home sellers can improve their online presence as artificial intelligence becomes more integrated into consumer search behavior.
While many real estate companies are still experimenting with basic AI tools, Furman has committed to building a dedicated in-house AI support team focused on automation, consumer engagement, SEO, online visibility, and marketing infrastructure.
To Furman's knowledge, few local real estate companies have made this level of internal investment into dedicated AI engineering and AI-driven marketing support.
"We believe AI will become a major part of how homes are marketed, how consumers search online, and how businesses communicate with clients," Furman said. "I would rather invest early, learn early, and build systems now instead of trying to catch up later."
In addition to supporting the Brett Furman Group, Furman plans to expand the company's AI infrastructure across several of his other business ventures, including Classic Settlement Services, his family entertainment business, and his mortgage note acquisition and investment company.
Earlier this year, Furman transitioned his longtime Wayne office from RE/MAX to Real Brokerage while also opening a new office location in Exton, Pennsylvania. He believes the future of real estate will belong to professionals who successfully combine local expertise, personal relationships, technology, automation, and artificial intelligence.
