M Care365 is a company dedicated to supporting men by implanting the 4 Pillars of Support
S For Story/10697295
M Care365 is here to stand with you—not judge you. Our mission is to provide instruction, services, support and assistance that helps men move toward their best possible life. Feeling, being well and aging gracefully is not about perfection.
BURLINGTON, N.J. - s4story -- Men seek medical assistance far less often than women. Men are needed to protect, provide and pro-create.
Mention a doctor or hospital visit and many men head the other direction. Mention mental health and many of us walk away—or run. Mention eat right and many do try temporarily; mention getting in shape and losing weight. Too often, we say:
"Not me. I'm fine"
Unfortunately, that mindset has consequences:
Common Reasons Men Avoid Care
M Care365 exists to break down those barriers—quietly, respectfully, and practically.

OUR BELIEFS
It's important to go to the doctor and to live as stress-free as possible. We've all heard that before. But you know better than anyone: that's easier said than done.
Stress is real
Stress is a part of life, and it doesn't just disappear because someone says "relax."
Care can be costly
Time, money, pride, fear, and work schedules can all get in the way of good health.
Aging is inevitable
We grow older every second of every day. Eventually, we all need assistance for our body and spirit. One day, we will pass on—that's life.
- Men often die younger than women.
- Older generations are less likely to receive routine screenings.
- Many men avoid cancer screenings, mental health evaluations, and annual checkups.
- Nearly half of men between the ages of 21 and 29 do not have a primary care physician.
Common Reasons Men Avoid Care
- Embarrassment
- Pride
- Fear
- Masculinity expectations ("I should tough it out.")
- Lack of a primary care provider
- Busy work schedules
- Fear of bad news
- Fear of being judged
M Care365 exists to break down those barriers—quietly, respectfully, and practically.
