MILAN - s4story -- Fiamma Verde has announced the acquisition of 100% of Casei Gerola Green Energy Società Agricola, a company with operational headquarters in the province of Pavia and holder of a "ready-to-build" authorization developed by Geo Studio Engineering for the construction and management of an agricultural biomethane plant with a capacity of 500 cubic meters per hour, which will be connected to the Snam network (the project was admitted to the ranking of the fifth GSE tender pursuant to Ministerial Decree 2022).

Fiamma Verde Srl had already acquired three "ready-to-build" projects developed by GEO STUDIO ENGINEERING S.r.l. through CDI Global Italy in 2024 and 2025.

In this recent transaction, CDI Global Italy acted as financial advisor to the sellers led by Michele Positano, CDI Global Italy Partner.

The new Casei Gerola Green Energy plant will feed the biomethane produced into the national gas grid, rather than liquefying it and using it as a motor fuel as originally planned (the project was originally presented in 2021). The biodigester will process 46,900 tons of waste materials annually, nearly half of which (approximately 20,000 tons) will consist of manure and bovine slurry, while the remainder will consist of agricultural waste (byproducts of grain processing, second-harvest tricale silage, and corn silage).

The Target holds a "ready-to-build" permit, developed by GEO STUDIO ENGINEERING S.r.l., for the construction and operation of an agricultural biomethane plant with a capacity of 500 sm3/hour, which will be connected to the SNAM grid. The project was included in the ranking under the fifth GSE tender pursuant to the 2022 Ministerial Decree.
