CDS Global & Subscription Insider Co-Host Exec. Roundtable on Protecting Subscription Profitability
S For Story/10698364
DES MOINES, Iowa - s4story -- CDS Global, a leading provider of recurring revenue solutions, will co-host a private executive roundtable with Subscription Insider on Wednesday, Aug. 26, at Hearst Tower in New York City. The in-person discussion will bring together senior subscription leaders to examine how stronger operational control can help protect profitability before issues appear in churn, margin or financial reporting.
The roundtable, Protecting Subscription Profitability Through Operational Control, is designed for senior executives responsible for revenue operations, payments, service, fulfillment, subscriber experience, and overall recurring revenue performance. The candid, peer-level conversation will focus on where profitability can break down across the subscriber lifecycle, including billing exceptions, payment recovery gaps, service burden, access issues, fulfillment misses, reporting disconnects, unclear ownership, disputes, refunds, and trust breakdowns.
Co-hosted by CDS Global and Subscription Insider, the interactive discussion will be facilitated by Kathy Greenler Sexton, CEO and publisher of Subscription Insider, and will feature perspective from Terry Rowinski, president of CDS Global, and Reneé Doegar, publisher of the London Review of Books.

"Most organizations focus on profitability outcomes such as churn, margin, and retention," said Terry Rowinski, president of CDS Global. "The greater opportunity is understanding the operational drivers behind those outcomes. Revenue leakage often begins long before it appears in a financial report, which is why leaders need stronger visibility, clearer ownership, and more operational accountability across the subscriber lifecycle."
The conversation will give leaders an opportunity to compare notes on the operational signals that deserve more executive attention, including:
The goal of the roundtable is not theory. It is to support a practical, executive-level discussion about how stronger operational judgment, visibility, and accountability can help organizations protect recurring revenue, improve efficiency, strengthen subscriber trust, and preserve margin.

The conversation will give leaders an opportunity to compare notes on the operational signals that deserve more executive attention, including:
- Recoverable revenue that may indicate failed payments, billing exceptions, or unresolved account issues are creating preventable revenue loss.
- Service volume growing faster than subscriber growth, suggesting that billing, access, fulfillment, or account management friction may be creating avoidable burden.
- Operational metrics and financial metrics that are not connected, limiting leaders' ability to link churn, revenue, and margin to the operational drivers behind them.
- Unclear ownership across the subscriber lifecycle, allowing issues to persist across payments, service, fulfillment, technology, and customer experience.
- Small exceptions becoming the norm, as recurring workarounds, manual interventions, policy drift, and unresolved process gaps compound over time.
The goal of the roundtable is not theory. It is to support a practical, executive-level discussion about how stronger operational judgment, visibility, and accountability can help organizations protect recurring revenue, improve efficiency, strengthen subscriber trust, and preserve margin.
