FAIRFAX, Va. - s4story -- FAIRFAX, VA — Contemporary mixed media artist Precious Burger is inviting collectors and art enthusiasts to experience Illuminate the World, her celebrated twelve-painting series that explores the universal language of connection through light, love, joy, wonder, and hope.

Originally exhibited in a solo exhibition at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Illuminate the World resonated with viewers from around the world by pairing each painting with a meaningful word from a different language and culture. The collection reflects the belief that while our languages, traditions, and experiences may differ, our shared humanity has the power to unite us.

Now, for a limited time, Burger is reopening the series through an exclusive online Collector's Vault, offering viewers an opportunity to revisit the collection, explore the stories behind each painting, and experience the work beyond the gallery walls.

"Illuminate the World was born from a simple but powerful belief," says Burger. "Art has the ability to connect us in ways words often cannot. Every painting became an invitation to celebrate the qualities that make us human—love, wonder, joy, resilience, play, hope, and compassion—through the beauty of cultures from around the globe."

Created in just six weeks, the series represents one of Burger's most ambitious bodies of work to date. Rich with layered color, expressive mark-making, and intuitive abstraction, each painting invites viewers to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with themselves, with one another, and with what is possible.

The reopening of Illuminate the World is part of Burger's ongoing mission to make art an experience of connection rather than simply observation. Throughout the month, she will continue sharing the inspiration, stories, and creative process behind each painting across her website, newsletter, and social media.

Burger is a contemporary mixed media artist based in Northern Virginia whose work explores wonder, intuition, and human connection through vibrant abstract paintings. She is represented by Xanadu Gallery in Scottsdale, Arizona, and her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, including a solo exhibition at the National Institutes of Health.
