Like the previous releases — 2025's "Wearing Country Like a Crown" and "One Dance" — the song blends country, rock, and island rhythms, drawing inspiration from artists such as Jimmy Buffett and Toby Keith.

Oberman says about "Baked and Buzzed", "This song was an inspiration from sitting on the beach and people watching. I literally saw a young man enjoying several cold beers with limes and completely relaxed as he was scoping out the beach goers."
