Magazine is a nationally recognized advocate, author, and leader in criminal justice reform and mental health. Through her leadership, RE/CLAIMED Magazine continues to grow as a digital platform dedicated to amplifying stories of resilience, restoration, and transformation.

As Editor-in-Chief of RE/CLAIMED Magazine, Dr. Clover A. Perez curates' powerful narratives that center the voices of individuals impacted by incarceration, trauma, and systemic inequities. In addition to her role with RE/CLAIMED Magazine, Dr. Clover A. Perez is the Founder and
Executive Director of A Beautiful HEART Ministries, a New York–based nonprofit organization with an expanding presence in Baltimore, Maryland. Through her leadership, the organization provides trauma-informed mental health support, reentry services, and advocacy for women, girls, and families impacted by incarceration.

With a PhD in Philosophy and over ten years of advocacy experience, Dr. Clover A. Perez has developed initiatives that address the root causes of incarceration, including trauma and barriers to accessing mental health care. Her work bridges lived experience and systems change, equipping communities and institutions with the tools needed to create sustainable and meaningful change.

Dr. Clover A. Perez is also the author of The Compatibility Code, further expanding her work into personal development and self-awareness.
