CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 8, 2025 ~ Duke Energy, a leading energy holding company, is set to release its second-quarter 2025 financial results on Tuesday, Aug. 5 at 7 a.m. ET. The results will be available on the company's website at duke-energy.com/investors.

The company has also scheduled an earnings conference call for analysts at 10 a.m. ET on the same day to discuss the second-quarter results and provide updates on their business and finances. The call will be hosted by Duke Energy's president and CEO, Harry Sideris, and executive vice president and CFO, Brian Savoy.

Investors can access the conference call through the investors' section of Duke Energy's website or by dialing 833.470.1428 in the U.S. or 929.526.1599 outside the U.S., using confirmation code 704713. It is advised to join the call 10 to 15 minutes prior to its scheduled start time.
