LOS ANGELES - Dec. 4, 2018 - s4story -- Fred Gerber (CHINA BEACH, REIGN, PRISON BREAK) is attached to direct the first two films in THE POPCHUCK CHRONICLES franchise. Films are based on a 3-part Canadian book series by Paul Toffanello. Calgrove Media heads development of the feature films. Los Angeles based scribe, Aaron Greyson, will be joining the writing team alongside award winning Canadian scribe, C.A. Meyer.

THE POPCHUCK CHRONICLES takes viewers on a wild adventure where witches, ghosts, and warlocks live among us. The franchise revolves around the lives of three 12-year-olds. They are faced with grave challenges after Popchuck the Ghost exposes them to this secret life.
