In Partnership with Swank Specialty Produce, Gratitude Garden Farm, SYLTBAR & Slow Food Miami
MIAMI BEACH, Fla. - s4story -- In celebration of National Nutrition Month this March, Essensia Restaurant & Bar at The Palms Hotel & Spa invites the community to gather for two thoughtfully curated farm-to-table dinners honoring mindful eating, regenerative agriculture, and the connection between food, health, and the environment.
Rooted in The Palms' philosophy of well-being inspired by nature, Essensia's cuisine highlights seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and partnerships with South Florida farmers and purveyors. Each intimate dinner—limited to 30 guests—is priced at $110 per person, inclusive of tax, service charge, and a donation to Slow Food Miami.
Both evenings will feature wine pairings from SYLTBAR and celebrate the farmers, chefs, and changemakers shaping a more conscious food system in South Florida.

This seasonal farm-to-table experience showcases the freshest harvest from Swank Specialty Produce, featuring vibrant greens, heirloom vegetables, and nutrient-rich ingredients cultivated with care. Guests will enjoy a curated multi-course menu highlighting peak-season produce while learning about the farm behind the flavors.
The evening will feature special guest Ellen Kanner, known as the "Soulful Vegan," who will share insights on plant-forward living and the power of conscious cuisine.
March 25, 2026 – From the Gardens at Gratitude Garden Farm
The second dinner celebrates regenerative agriculture and garden-driven cuisine in collaboration with Gratitude Garden Farm. The menu will spotlight seasonal produce and the farm's celebrated mushrooms, woven into a nourishing plant-forward culinary experience designed to inspire vitality and connection.
