Faith Leaders Convene for Town Hall With Emilio Gonzalez, Candidate For Miami Mayor

Faith Leaders Endorse Emilio Gonzalez for Mayor, City of Miami
MIAMI - s4story -- La Asociación de Pastores Hispanos del Sur de la Florida is convening evangelical pastors and ministers for a Pastoral Breakfast and Town Hall on Tuesday, November 18, at 9:00 a.m. at La Carreta, 3632 SW 8th St, Miami, FL 33135.
Because this election is considered of significant spiritual and moral importance to the faith community. The Asociación de Pastores thought it vital to offer its members the opportunity not just to meet the candidate, but also to have the chance to interview Dr. Emilio González, in advance of the runoff election scheduled for Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
The Association warns that these elections represent a spiritual battle for values, faith, and the economic future of Miami. Furthermore, since this is a runoff election scheduled for December 9, low voter turnout is anticipated, which increases the weight and responsibility of pastoral leadership.
"Miami's churches can tip the balance toward a better future for our city. Now more than ever, we must pray, discern, and participate," stated Pastor Obed Jauregui, the event organizer.
