With a strong focus on driving value creation through financial, strategic, and operational consulting services, Paladin is excited to have Cowie join their team in New York to serve clients globally.
Founder of Paladin, Scott Avila, expressed his enthusiasm for Cowie's addition to the team. His extensive experience in providing value-added leadership in addressing complex business challenges makes him a valuable addition to the Paladin team.

Cowie shared his excitement about joining Paladin Management. Cowie holds a B.A. in Economics from Western University and an MBA from York University's Schulich School of Business. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
With Cowie's extensive experience and expertise, Paladin Management is confident that he will play a crucial role in driving value creation for their clients and further solidify their position as a top advisory firm in the middle-market.
