PALM COAST, Fla. - s4story -- The Flagler Beach Historical Museum is proud to announce the launch of its Summer Adventure Series, a hands-on learning program designed to engage young learners through local history, coastal exploration, storytelling, and creative discovery.

Weekly sessions feature interactive experiences that blend museum learning with creativity, curiosity, and fun. Programs are divided by age group, with sessions for children ages 6 to 8 on Tuesdays, 1–3 p.m. and ages 9–12 on Thursdays, 1–3 p.m. All sessions will be held at the Flagler Beach Historical Museum, located at 207 S. "This series is about sparking curiosity and helping young learners feel connected to the place they call home," according to museum director Sheila Pillath. Each session encourages participants to explore local history through interactive activities, crafts, storytelling, and collaborative learning. From decoding symbols in historical flags to imagining life along the coast across generations, the series helps children build meaningful connections to their community and environment. Participants may register for the full series or select individual sessions based on their interests and availability.
