S For Story/10666009
VANCOUVER, British Columbia - s4story -- Folio.YVR Luxury Lifestyle Magazine is proud to announce the release of its Summer 2025 edition, a dynamic issue that celebrates the spirit of the West Coast through luxury living, philanthropic leadership, and artistic expression. Now in its seventh year of publishing, the magazine continues to spotlight those shaping Vancouver's cultural and creative legacy on a global stage.
Leading this edition is an exclusive feature on 1121 Crestline Road, a $38.8 million estate in West Vancouver's British Properties. Designed by Alex Vardi of the AV Brand, with interiors by Stefano Ricci's design team and foundational contributions from David Christopher of David Christopher Signature Estates.
Also featured is philanthropist and mentor Kasondra Herrendorf-Cohen, whose work with the Herrendorf Family Foundation, Face of Today, and Moms Offering More has created impactful change for youth and families across Canada. Her story reflects the power of purpose and the importance of legacy through action.

"Our Summer edition is a vibrant celebration of the people who make our city extraordinary," says Helen Siwak, Editor-in-Chief and Publisher. "Launching during PRIDE month, it was important for us to spotlight creativity in all its forms and colours—from bold artistic expression to powerful community leadership. This issue reflects the diverse voices, talents, and stories that define Vancouver. With stunning contributions from photographer Jamie Mann and the visionary LYLE XOX, we honour the beauty of individuality and the power of representation."
The creative section features Jamie Mann's internationally acclaimed fashion photography and the imaginative world of LYLE XOX, alongside Otani Workshop's hauntingly beautiful ceramic installation at the Vancouver Art Gallery. Together, these talents highlight the dynamic intersection of identity, expression, and visual storytelling.
Lifestyle content includes a plant-based staycation at the Fairmont Waterfront with Chef Harris Sakalis, a Hycroft Manor wedding by Liting Chan of Paradise Events, and luxury watch coverage from OMEGA and Roger Dubuis. Champlain, a modern men's wear label by Jonathan Richard and Cameron Con, is also profiled.

Travel features round out the issue with Vancouver's first aparthotel, Smithe House, and a tranquil escape to Casa Brisa in Spain with influencer Jan Van Vianen.
