CHICAGO - s4story -- Forum Extended Care Services announced the results of its annual customer satisfaction survey, achieving 99% overall satisfaction in 2025 and reinforcing its consistent track record of high performance across long-term care pharmacy services.
The survey included 104 responses, evaluating Forum's performance across three core areas: pharmacy operations, customer service, and consulting/on-site support.
Results showed strong performance across all categories, with consulting and on-site services emerging as the highest-performing service area, followed by customer service and pharmacy operations.
Customer feedback highlighted the responsiveness and reliability of Forum's team, particularly in time-sensitive situations and day-to-day support.
