QUEENS, N.Y. - s4story -- This free community event blends live music, gentle movement, meditation, and sound healing into an uplifting hour of relaxation and connection. Featuring Onel Mulet's live flute and immersive soundscape alongside Dana Humphrey's guided light-movement meditation and mindfulness practices, the Yoga Concert is designed to help participants unwind, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of summer by the ocean.

The event is open to all ages and experience levels. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, towel, or beach chair and settle in for an open-air sound bath experience under the sky.

"There's something magical about gathering in nature to breathe, move, and listen to live music together," says Dana Humphrey. "We hope this offering creates a moment of peace and connection for everyone who joins us."

Dana Humphrey is a Rockaway-based Yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and founder of Dana Humphrey Life Coaching, LLC. Onel Mulet is a musician and sound healing practitioner whose live flute performances create immersive experiences that inspire relaxation and presence. Together, they have shared their signature blend of Yin Yoga and Live Flute Sound Baths at yoga studios (including Hot Yoga Rockaway Beach) festivals and wellness events throughout the Northeast and beyond.
