BOSTON - s4story -- Francielle Moura grew up in the outskirts of Guarujá, Brazil. She earned her college degree through a full government scholarship and came to the U.S. in 2016 as an au pair, working as a nanny because it was the only way she could afford to study abroad and learn English.
She stayed, learned, and built something from nothing. After working in the construction industry and seeing a recurring problem, business owners with no financial organization, she founded ConnexPros Inc. in 2021, a financial management company serving Brazilian-owned construction businesses in the U.S., offering bookkeeping, cash flow management, job costing, and financial reporting.
The beginning was far from easy. She delivered food, worked in restaurants, and juggled multiple jobs to keep her dream alive. Her financed apartment nearly went to auction and she almost lost her car to the bank. She rebuilt. She never gave up.

Today, ConnexPros Inc. is recognized across media outlets, magazines, and award programs. Francielle has been featured in Entrepreneurs Herald, Disruptors Magazine, and Sheconomy Magazine. She is also a co-author of the book "Máquina do Tempo," which entered the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest co-authorship. In 2024, she received the Notáveis USA Award.
In 2026, Francielle was nominated for two major international awards: the SBA National Small Business Week, Small Business Person of the Year, the largest small business recognition program by the U.S. government, and the Best of Brazil Global Awards, to be held at Liberty Island in New York City on September 12, 2026, the first Brazilian award ceremony ever held at that historic landmark.
