HARTFORD, Conn. - s4story -- Long before most teenagers could decide on a college major, Connecticut native Justin Calabrese was already building an entrepreneurial legacy. That insight gave birth to JC Surveillance, his first official company—an online retailer specializing in affordable home and business security solutions. JC Surveillance offered CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and personal safety equipment, all meticulously curated by Calabrese himself. What started as a teenage idea quickly turned into a growing business serving customers nationwide.

Soon after, Calabrese identified another gap in the market: professional-grade training and recreational equipment. This realization led to the creation of HydroSplat, a company retailing water, paintball, and airsoft products designed for both enthusiasts and training professionals.
