GridOps Launches Instant Booking Platform for Canadian Limo and Charter Operators
S For Story/10687566
Calgary-based startup GridOps gives ground transportation operators a modern booking engine, automated client communications, and an affiliate network to compete in a rapidly changing industry.
CALGARY, Alberta - s4story -- CALGARY, Alberta -- GridOps (gridops.ca), a Calgary-based SaaS startup, launched in February 2026 with a booking and operations platform built for Canadian limo and charter bus operators.
Since launching, GridOps has signed its first operators across Canada and is actively growing its network.
The Problem
Limo and charter operators run world-class services but lose bookings every day because their booking experience has not kept up with client expectations. Clients book flights and hotels in seconds. When they hit a limo website and have to fill out a form and wait for a callback, most of them move on.
"We built GridOps so Canadian operators never lose another booking to friction," said Sam Rost, Founder of GridOps.
What GridOps Offers
More on S For Story
GridOps gives operators a fully branded instant booking experience on their own website. Clients confirm their trip in under 60 seconds. No aggregator. No commission. The operator owns the client relationship completely.
The platform handles all client communications automatically via email and SMS. Payment and deposit management is built in, with automated reminders and one-click payment links sent to clients before every due date.
A built-in affiliate network lets operators send overflow bookings to trusted partners and receive inbound jobs in return.
The Industry Moment
Uber recently launched Uber Elite, a professional chauffeur service targeting the same clients Canadian limo operators serve, with plans to expand to Canada. Operators who do not have a modern booking experience risk losing their best clients to platforms that do.
GridOps is currently accepting operators across Canada. Learn more at gridops.ca.
