The book includes a foreword by fitness icon Elaine "LaLa" LaLanne.

Originally introduced by IDEA in 2003, Inspire the World to Fitness® became the organization's signature initiative and guiding call to action. Knight-Cohee contributes a chapter titled "Inner Voice & Global Vision," which focuses on listening, leading and lifting others through movement and meaning. She shares her personal journey of creating MSINGI®, the world's first Afrocentric functional movement practice, and goes on to describe her signature 6 steps in honoring one's own truth towards purpose and positively impacting those around you.
