Is the Law still Blind in the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department of the state of Arizona

The innocent until proven guilty phrase is standard by the tenets of freedom
PHOENIX - s4story -- Liam Westra, British News Sole Corp, BNSC News Group LLC
"These men ask for just the same thing, fairness, and fairness only. This, so far as in my power, they, and all others, shall have." - Abraham Lincoln
In the last few decades the national governments had to prove their worthlessness to govern as the power that the American people granted them waned, and trust became a privilege. The constant feuds between both political parties led to a raid on the federal district of the United States, and most forgot the phrase " United We Stand Divided We Fall", as more confusion among the American people became normal.
We the people as the United States Constitution declares regardless of race, indifference, or concepts are ordered to form a more perfect union, and establish justice. Has this order been forgotten among the employed members of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department?
An African Spaniard American citizen that resides in the Maricopa County region of the state of Arizona decided to apply as a volunteer for the Sheriff's Posse program, and this particular position requires a polygraph exam, and Mr. Manuel, the applicant that chose to volunteer was treated like a criminal by the examiner. Mr. Manuel replied, " I was discharged by the employer because my cash register was over." The examiner said, " Did you steal from the cash register?" Mr. Manuel replied, " No it was over 21 cents." According to Mr. Manuel this type of attitude was expressed partially during the exam.

If the answer, and applicants says yes then violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 are occurring without the knowledge of the human resources.
