KLM Enterprises Services LLC Retains BGE Digital Distribution and Declines Sale of Company
S For Story/10698463
Founder La'Nardo Myrick Sr. says preserving employees, clients, and long-term stability matters more than luxury or rapid expansion
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - s4story -- KLM Enterprises Services LLC ("KLMES") announced today that it has retained ownership of BGE Digital Distribution and is no longer pursuing a sale of the company.
The decision represents a significant change from the strategic alternatives previously considered for BGE Digital Distribution. After reviewing potential sale opportunities, the company determined that maintaining ownership would better serve its employees, artists, labels, clients, and long-term business objectives.
BGE Digital Distribution will continue operating as a KLM Enterprises Services LLC company, providing independent artists, labels, and music professionals with digital distribution and related services.
"Breaking even is not a goal that many business owners are willing to embrace, but I embraced it," said La'Nardo Myrick Sr., founder of KLM Enterprises Services LLC and BGE Digital Distribution. "There may not be a new private jet or boat, but our employees are working, our clients are being served, and the people connected to this company are happy. That is a form of success that cannot always be measured by profit alone."

Myrick said the decision not to sell BGE Digital Distribution reflects KLMES's commitment to protecting the company's mission, preserving employment, and continuing to support the independent music community.
"We have built relationships with artists and clients who trusted us with their music and their careers," Myrick added. "Selling the company simply because the road became difficult would not honor that trust. BGE Digital Distribution remains part of the KLM family, and we are committed to improving it, strengthening it, and moving it forward."
KLMES will focus on operational stability, responsible growth, improved technology, stronger financial controls, expanded client services, and strategic partnerships that support the long-term future of BGE Digital Distribution.
The company emphasized that its decision is not based on short-term appearances or aggressive growth at any cost. Instead, KLMES intends to operate BGE Digital Distribution with a sustainable business model that prioritizes service, accountability, employee stability, and client satisfaction.
