Leslie Neumann Selected as Next Featured Artist at The Left Bank Bistro Salon Series

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - s4story -- The Left Bank Bistro will continue celebrating artists in the community as an homage to St. Petersburg as the City of the Arts. The next featured artist in the series and first artist of 2021 will be Leslie Neumann, of Aripeka, FL.
"It's my pleasure to continue to recognize high-end artists in the area with our Salon Series' next featured artist, Leslie Neumann," said Susanne Byram, owner of The Left Bank Bistro. "Her art brings a new take on the term "landscape artist" with her colorful and sometimes cosmic work."
Opening night is Friday, January 15th from 5:00 pm -7:00 pm at 1225 Dr. MLK Jr. St. in St Petersburg, FL - The Left Bank will be serving a signature cocktail named after the artist - with $5 from each signature cocktail being donated to the St Pete Arts Alliance. As a COVID-19 precaution, this event is limited to 75 people and masks are required. Please RSVP to: management@theleftbankbistro.com

About the Artist, Leslie Neumann
Leslie Neumann is a contemporary landscape painter with an interest in wetland and cosmic inspired subjects. After creating art in New York for 14 years, Neumann moved to Florida where she has been painting landscapes using the encaustic technique for over 20 years. Neumann is a recipient of a Fellowship from the New York State Foundation for the Arts, an Individual Artist Fellowship from the State of Florida, and an Artist Enhancement Grant from the Florida Division of Cultural Affairs, and a Gottlieb Foundation Emergency Grant for Painting. One can find Neumann's work in many private and public collections throughout the USA, including Nissan Motor Corporation, ADT Securities, Marriott hotels, Baylor College of Medicine, National Space Biomedical Research Institute, 42 Firebirds Restaurants in 15 states nationwide, Polk Museum of Art, Tampa Museum of Art, Leepa Rattner Museum of Art, as well as the City of Tampa and the City of Orlando's Public Art Collections, and many more.
