SJPA Entertainment announces the Rising Heat series of live Japanese women's pro wrestling shows on both coasts of the United States.
LOS ANGELES - s4story -- SJPA Entertainment announces that the Spark Joshi brand's next live shows, "Rising Heat West" in Los Angeles on October 11th and "Rising Heat East" in Orlando on October 14th, will include the US debut of Maika Ozaki.
Originally from Kyoto, Maika Ozaki made her debut in 2015 and has competed under many promotions in Japan including Stardom, Ice Ribbon, Dark Pro Wrestling 666, and COLOR'S. Next, fans in America can see her live at Spark Joshi's Rising Heat shows on both coasts, joining her fellow members of the "Rebel x Enemy" unit, Ram Kaichow and Maya Yukihi.
The Spark Joshi brand is dedicated to bringing together some of the top talent in Joshi Puroresu (Japanese women's pro wrestling) from Japan while also shining a spotlight on western wrestlers who either have competed in Japan or would qualify for the same spot under the high standards of Joshi Puroresu.

Earlier this year, the company also hosted the US debut of Ram Kaichow, who began her career as the youngest pro wrestler in the world and has since gone on to appear in both of the largest women's wrestling promotions in Japan today. She will appear again for the Spark Joshi brand at both Rising Heat shows.
Also in the lineup are Billie Starkz, Miyu Yamashita, SAKI, Sumie Sakai, Maya Yukihi, Xia Brookside, Dani Mo, Zeda Zhang, and more to be announced.
"Anime and Japanese video games have been part of American pop culture for decades," says head booker "Chibi C.B." C.B. Liffer. "We launched Spark Joshi to usher in a new wave of joshi wrestling everywhere. We believe in the adage that a rising tide lifts all boats, so we're in talks with many wonderful groups of all sizes in Japan as we import joshi puroresu to the United States. Our goal is to light the Spark that will make joshi puroresu the international cultural phenomenon it deserves to be."
