The book is structured in four parts. Part I introduces the full MAP architecture, including four interlocking systems: the MAP Model (readiness), Active Rating (a 0-10 internal load measurement system), NeuroBond (emotional alignment), and Active Waiting (the architecture of timing). Part II expands the 20 principles of the MAP Manifest into standalone chapters. Part III applies the framework to six structural failure patterns: fear, trauma, burnout, addiction, decision paralysis, and relationship loops. Part IV covers the origin of the work and references six DOI-backed publications via Zenodo.
