MILWAUKEE - s4story -- The Milwaukee Job Corps campus, located at 6665 N 60th St, is operated by Horizons Youth Services (HYS) for the Department of Labor (DOL) and is preparing to resume full outreach and recruiting operations. Students and staff have already resumed education and career training classes after a short DOL imposed pause.
Eligible low-income youth ages 16-24 can now access the Milwaukee Job Corps website and start or resume their application for free career training and education in a residential campus environment. The Milwaukee campus provides many career training paths in welding, cement, construction, manufacturing, material distribution and operation, and health services. Students currently enrolled are also able to obtain a high school diploma or GED. You can explore a path to successful careers at https://milwaukee.jobcorps.gov/.
