The first book, expected to release within the next few weeks, focuses on themes of resilience, belief, accountability, leadership, and personal growth. The series is designed to inspire entrepreneurs, dreamers, and individuals rebuilding after difficult seasons in life.

Known throughout Virginia as a respected business figure, Szawronski has spent years helping individuals and families build companies, understand business ownership, and pursue entrepreneurship. Nationally, he is recognized for his work within the U.S. Hispanic tax and business market.

"This book is about belief," Szawronski says. "People may judge your journey without knowing your full story, but you still have to keep going. You still have to build. You still have to believe in yourself."

While Szawronski previously authored a book years ago, this marks his first motivational release and the beginning of a larger series centered around overcoming adversity, personal accountability, purpose, and perseverance.

Throughout his career, Szawronski has helped launch thousands of businesses through his accounting offices and entrepreneurial ventures while also serving in executive leadership and corporate operations roles.

The upcoming series also reflects a more personal side of his journey, shaped by challenges, setbacks, growth, and rebuilding. Rather than allowing difficult experiences to define him, Szawronski says those moments became fuel for growth and a deeper sense of purpose.

In addition to the book series, Szawronski is also working with local business leaders to establish a nonprofit initiative called Make It Right, focused on accountability, responsibility, and community impact.
