A New Chapter Begins: NoFUD Inc. Separates Business Lines to Drive Innovation
S For Story/10654220
MIAMI - s4story -- Today, NoFUD Inc. announced a strategic separation of its business lines to better serve clients and accelerate innovation in their respective markets.
The company's talent acquisition division will be integrated into Aperturio, which will continue its mission of staffing premier talent across the Americas for client companies. This move strengthens Aperturio's position as a leading talent solutions provider while maintaining the high-quality service clients have come to expect.
Simultaneously, NoFUD's proprietary technology solutions—tools developed internally to streamline recruitment processes—will now operate under the AugTal brand. AugTal's mission is to revolutionize the recruiting industry by developing tools that maximize recruiters' time, allowing them to focus on value-creating activities. The technology seamlessly integrates with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and CRMs that are used by most recruiters.

"This strategic separation allows each business to focus on its core strengths while maintaining the innovative spirit that has defined NoFUD Inc. since its inception," said Jace Grebski, CEO of NoFUD Inc. "Both Aperturio and AugTal (https://augtal.com) will benefit from dedicated resources, specialized teams, and focused leadership."
NoFUD Inc.(https://nofudinc.com) will serve as the holding company for both entities during a transition period, with plans to fully uncouple them from the parent company over the next several weeks. This phased approach ensures continuity for clients and partners throughout the transition.
The separation is effective immediately, with both Aperturio and AugTal already operating under their respective brands.
