New from Down & Out Books: HOLLAND BAY by Jim Winter
S For Story/10508956
TAMPA, Fla. - s4story -- Down & Out Books is pleased to announce that HOLLAND BAY, a crime thriller by Jim Winter, has been published on November 22, 2021 in trade paperback and ebook formats.
About HOLLAND BAY …
Welcome to Monticello, a city long past its prime.
A pair of murders offer redemption for two people on opposite sides of the law.
Armand Cole kills an informant while driving through the worst blizzard in recent history. The deed earns him the respect of Ralph Smithers and Rufus King, the city's drug lords.
A related murder is assigned to the MPD's Special Investigations squad. For Jessica Branson, this means she gets to do something she hasn't done in years: real police work.
Armand soon has to rein in a rebellious corner boy not paying his share while Branson sinks her teeth into the murder like a dog with a bone. Both will face down those who will kill to stop them.
In the dead of winter, the two will meet on Monticello's abandoned Pier 9, as their rivalry comes to a head.
Advance praise for HOLLAND BAY …
