KANSAS CITY, Mo. - s4story -- Music Recognition Accolades and Awards has officially opened its newly rebuilt membership website and is now accepting new membership applications through MRAA.ME.

The opening marks the completion of a major redevelopment of the MRAA membership platform first introduced in 2024.

The new website provides applicants and approved members with a centralized system for submitting membership requests, uploading documentation, making payments, receiving invoices and receipts, monitoring application activity and requesting MRAA certification reviews.

"The new MRAA Member Site is open and ready to welcome applicants who want to become part of the organization," said MRAA founder La'Nardo Myrick Sr. "We rebuilt the platform to create a clearer process for applications, documentation, payments, reviews and ongoing member services."

Membership applicants can now:

• Complete an online membership request
• Submit supporting documentation securely
• Pay the membership application fee
• Receive an invoice and payment receipt
• Monitor the status of an application
• Respond to additional-document requests
• Activate an approved member account
• Pay annual membership dues
• Submit certification requests
• Access member services and records

The MRAA membership application fee is $100 and covers the administrative review of one application. The application fee is separate from annual membership dues and does not guarantee approval.

Approved individual applicants receive a separate $200 annual membership invoice. Approved business and record-label applicants receive a separate $500 annual membership invoice. Membership becomes active after the applicable annual payment is confirmed.

MRAA retains discretion to approve or deny membership applications based on its review standards, organizational requirements, available information and other lawful considerations. Applicants whose membership requests are denied may submit a new application after one year.

The website also supports certification requests from artists, labels, influencers, brands and music-industry professionals. Active members receive member certification pricing, while qualified non-members may use the organization's non-member certification pathway.

"This opening represents a new chapter for MRAA," Myrick said. "The platform is designed to grow with the organization and provide applicants and members with a professional online experience from the first application through certification and recognition."
