The Chef Feature is a Classic Quiche Crust crafted with roasted tomatoes, baby spinach and caramelized onions baked in a golden egg custard with parmesan, Swiss and provolone. It is served with a bright salad of artichoke hearts, celery, shallots and parsley, lightly dressed in lemon and olive oil.
Mother's Day dinner service begins at 3 p.m., offering Ocean Prime's regular dinner menu with a few holiday-inspired specials. Guests can indulge in prime steaks, fresh seafood and an array of side dishes, including Ocean Prime's famous Baked Lobster Mac & Cheese and Roasted Brussels Sprouts. For dessert, the restaurant's renowned Ten-Layer Carrot Cake provides the perfect sweet finale to the day.
