"I'm a word nerd who genuinely enjoys finding mistakes," says Ball. "My family and friends would ask me to proofread and edit anything they wrote, and that passion eventually became a business. I believe that Christian authors should be able to share their message clearly and professionally—without the distraction of typos or grammar errors."

Originally launched in 2010, On the Ball Proofreading, grew out of Ball's background in English and love for language. After pausing operations in 2014 due to a family illness, he is now relaunching the business to once again support fellow believers in bringing their creative works to life.
