FORT MYERS, Fla. - s4story -- Premier Mobile Health Services, a nonprofit health clinic that brings essential medical care to those in need across Southwest Florida, has announced its mobile medical clinic schedule for May.
Premier Mobile Health Services provides quality health care services to the medically vulnerable and those most at risk of developing long-term illnesses and hospitalization.
Services include early-detection health screenings, blood pressure and diabetes checks, drug screenings, basic metabolic profiles, nutrition counseling, health education, school and sports physicals for children, as well as acute and chronic disease management.
The mobile medical clinic welcomes walk-ins. The May schedule is as follows:

Lack of insurance should never prevent individuals from seeking care. Premier Mobile Health Services screenings are supported by the Florida Department of Health through the Cinotti Health Care Screening Grant Program and are provided at no cost to Florida residents who qualify under 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. Screenings include cancer, diabetes, hypertension and heart disease, as well as scoliosis screenings for children ages 11-19.
