Gousis brings more than 20 years of sales experience in complex, competitive, fast-paced environments, with deep expertise partnering with sales leaders and sales enablement teams to improve performance. Having led and sold through the same complex buying environments RAIN Group's clients face today, she brings a practitioner's perspective to every client engagement. A proven business developer, Gousis has built territories from the ground up and consistently met and exceeded multimillion-dollar quotas selling consultative solutions to C-suite decision-makers.

Prior to joining RAIN Group, Gousis served as vice president of strategic accounts at Corporate Visions. She previously held sales leadership roles at Korn Ferry and ADP, and was a President's Club winner multiple years. Across her career, she has led complex sales motions end to end—advising senior stakeholders, designing solutions, guiding implementation, and helping organizations realize measurable ROI. She has also held business development leadership roles supporting enterprise clients across financial services, technology, health care, and professional services.
