Founded in 2024 in Bolzano, Italy, MailWizard.ai was built to help professionals reduce the time they spend on email triage, drafting, and inbox noise. The product evolved from an AI email writing assistant into a broader inbox management system — using natural-language workflows to filter, summarize, and automate email — with a privacy-first architecture hosted on EU infrastructure and designed with GDPR principles in mind.

Under Ramp Ventures' ownership, MailWizard.ai will continue to operate as a standalone product with its existing customer base, while gaining access to the operational, marketing, and distribution resources Ramp Ventures has built across its portfolio.
