PORTLAND, Maine - s4story -- The Greater Portland Festival of Nations is proud to announce the return of acclaimed singer-songwriter Nyasia Chane'l as a featured performer for the festival's 24th Anniversary Celebration, marking her second consecutive year performing at one of Maine's largest celebrations of global culture, music, and community.

Taking place at Deering Oaks Park, this year's Festival of Nations continues its tradition of bringing together cultures from around the world through live performances, international cuisine, educational exhibits, and family-friendly activities.

Nyasia Chane'l has emerged as one of the Northeast's rising independent R&B voices, earning recognition through radio support from Hot 97, Power 105.1, SiriusXM Heart & Soul, international airplay, and editorial playlist placements on Apple Music and TIDAL. Following a standout performance at last year's festival, Chane'l returns with an expanded live set celebrating the spirit of cultural unity that defines the Festival of Nations.

Families will also enjoy a special appearance by The Children's Museum & Theatre of Maine, this year's featured guest organization. Guests can explore an expanded Children's Area featuring interactive arts and crafts, face painting, storytime, and hands-on activities presented in partnership with Love Lab Studio, creating an engaging experience for children of all ages.
