Founded in 1997, The POE Group is a respected independent advisory firm specializing in compensation consulting.
The acquisition brings together two firms with a shared commitment to thoughtful, technically sound compensation design and long‑standing client relationships. Through the transaction, RedRock Comp will continue serving The POE Group's clients while expanding its capabilities across all service areas to better support companies in achieving their goals.
Founded in 2025 by Scott Ross, CPA, CEP, and Kellie Fielding, RedRock Compensation Consulting provides advisory services across the full compensation lifecycle. The firm works with start‑ups, pre‑IPO companies, non‑profit organizations, and both private and publicly traded companies to design compensation programs that recognize achievement, strengthen organizational culture, and support long‑term growth.
