ScholaPlan was built specifically for the working teacher: simple to set up, affordable, and accessible on any device.

How It Works

Teachers create units — organised collections of lessons — and build them out with instructions, differentiation strategies, homework, and notes. Lessons are then pushed to a visual diary that maps them to real timetable slots, automatically skipping holidays and non-school days.

The AI lesson generator takes a topic, year group, subject, and teaching preferences — including ability level, class behaviour, lesson type, and teaching approach — and produces a fully structured lesson plan complete with a timed starter, main activity, and plenary. It also generates a set of downloadable classroom resources: a key vocabulary list, starter quiz, student worksheet, exit ticket, and teacher notes, each available as a Word document or PDF.
