Tuitti Fruitti Farms is a family-owned, USDA Organic-certified farm, growing fruits and vegetables in the Lompoc Valley.
LOMPOC, Calif. - s4story -- Students for Eco-Education and Agriculture (SEEAG) is hosting a free "Farm Day Every Day" tour at Tutti Fruitti Farms in Lompoc, Saturday, March 28, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. All ages are welcome.
Tuitti Fruitti Farms is a family-owned, USDA Organic-certified farm, growing fruits and vegetables in the Lompoc Valley. Its products are available at Trader Joe's, Whole Foods Markets, Gelson's and many central California grocers and farmers' markets.
Visitors will walk the fields with farm family members to see how certified organic vegetables are grown from seed to harvest. They will learn about soil health, cover crops, regenerative practices, and what it takes for an organic farm to thrive. They will also visit the Rancho La Vina organic walnut orchard. Free tastings and U-Pick opportunities are part of the experience.

"Farm Day Every Day tours offer a rare opportunity to connect with the people and places behind where our food comes from," says Hector Flores, SEEAG's marketing and communications manager. "Tuitti Fruitti's commitment to certified organic farming and sustainable land stewardship provides a rich learning opportunity. Come with lots of questions to help with your own spring garden."
Farm Day Every Day tours are free to attend, but space is limited to 50 guests. Registration is required. Ticket registration begins on Friday, March 20 at 10:00 a.m.
