FORT MYERS, Fla. - s4story -- United Way of Lee, Hendry, and Glades and the Fort Myers Mighty Mussels are teaming up to hit a home run for more than 90 partner agencies and over 260 programs supported by United Way.
Sponsorships, including a title sponsor, are available for United for a Cause, which will be held Saturday, April 25, at Hammond Stadium at the Lee Health Sports Complex in Fort Myers.
Gates open at 5 p.m., and the first pitch is scheduled for 6:05 p.m. when the Mighty Mussels take on the Dunedin Blue Jays.
United Way's campaign theme this year is "United is the Way," and Mighty Mussels players will wear custom Star Wars-themed jerseys that will be auctioned after the game to benefit the nonprofit's annual campaign. The goal for this year's campaign is $11,512,716.
Sponsorship levels are as follows:
Grand Slam – $3,000
o Sky Deck party for 50 people and opportunity to throw out the first pitch
o Prime vendor marketing table
